The inscription is written in French and Greek to Bruce Rodgers, late linguist and author of "The Queen's Vernacular". This copy is one of 99 numbered and signed by both poet and illustrator. Petropoulos was the author of the first book on Greek gay slang (for which he was jailed). Corneille's style is reminiscent of Picasso line drawings.
