Hardcover. 105p., one inserted plate (b&w photo, at p.51, of a San Francisco school facade), hardback in 8x5 inch cloth boards gilt. Spine panel mildly faded, slight edgewear, generic bookplate. This copy is inscribed on the pastedown to "Dr. Blanche L. H. Sanborn" and signed by Fischer. Author a Berkeley grad (class of '86) and San Francisco secondary-school teacher; this his doggerel celebrates local kids, fog, Dr. Hideyo Noguchi, North Beach, the memory of the 1915 Exposition, and plenty of non-local stuff too.
