New York: Fusion Energy Foundation, 1978-79. Three issues of the magazine published by the Lyndon LaRouche front group, 56, 64, 56 pages respectively, interior pages toned, otherwise very good; also included is a special report in similar format on the US space program in the 1980s.
The Foundation was led by LaRouche folks but had actual scientists among its membership and was seen as a supporter of the nuclear industry. In the 1980s it was shut down to pay court fees after it emerged that the foundation had been chanelling money fraudulently into other LaRouche activities. Contents of these issues are largely on hard science, with some of the LaRouche movement's trademark Renaissance and conspiracy material surfacing on occasion.
