London: J. Hatchard and Son, 1830. Pamphlet. 80p., title and "Note" leaves, untrimmed 8.5x5.5 inch sewn signatures. Original thread partially absent, holding withal, externally quite dust-soiled and foxed with pressure-marks to textblock; small chip at the head (not affecting print) and Roman numerals in sepia nib which repeat publishing date. A good-only copy.

On two pamphlets attributed to Henry Peter Brougham, 1st Baron Brougham and Vaux, a Whig politician who was then Lord Chancellor.
