Titled spine panel is chipped a half-inch both head and tail, has a bad vertical split and adjacent short splits along joint-fold. Quite clean within, and, considering fragility of wrapper stock, a good copy. Author urges removal of the blockade (part & parcel of the "Siberian Expedition") that is causing starvation.
