First published in early 1967 by Washington State Progressive Labor Party (PL). At the time of the first edition of this pamphlet Van Lydegraf was involved in the Progressive Labor Party which he left shortly thereafter, eventually to realign himself with the Weatherman faction of SDS with whom he was involved when this was published in July 1969. He went on to help found the Prairie Fire Organizing Committee, aboveground support group for the Weather Underground. This is a file copy from Van Lydegraf's own files.
