The West Virgina poet's never-ending series of chapters from an uncompleted epic poem. In the 1960s Head was the publisher with Darlene Fife of the Free Speech Movement underground newspaper NOLA Express which printed Bukowski's "Notes of a Dirty Old Man" syndicated column.
