New York: Raydell Publishing, 1983. 24p., 10.25x10.5 inches. profusely illustrated original program booklet (including pop-up centerfold and paper doll "Cagelle" with costumes) full French-fold wraps, very good in glossy black and red pictorial wraps, the booklet in in a matching envelope that has acquired a bit of rubbing and crinkling with the bottom-edge separated.
The original Broadway production starred George Hearn and Gene Barry.
