Fourth of the seven issues of the New Left's most important art magazine, TRA covered developments in revolutionary and avant-garde art with the energy and zeal unique to the New Left. As it expanded, it involved an increasing number of Chicano artists - poets and painters both whose work related directly to the growing struggles in Latin America as well as US barrios.
