Paperback. x, 237p., thoroughly illustrated with numerous plat maps and vintage photography, an uncommonly detailed treatment of a smallish, very old town. Sophisticated presswork on glazed alkaline paperstock and softbound in 9.5x7 inch colorphoto wraps (aerial photos decorated both front & back covers), has a light reader's crease up the spine panel, next to no edgewear, a very good copy that is signed by Phyllis Williams at the titlepage.
