Madrid: Zeus, 1931. Paperback. 266p., text in Spanish, unopened pages, pervasive toning, foxing and dust-soil, moderate wear to the spotty covers but reader-creasing to the very toned spine panel, with a chip to the heel; upper cover is detached (graphic preserved, shows a curious futurist airplane in red, gray and black on buff) and back cover is half-detached. A fair-only paperback first edition.
Franco's brother flew the Plus Ultra flying boat and in 1930 he and others seized aircraft and "bombed" Madrid with leaflets opposing the Monarchy.
