[Czechoslovakia]: 1960. 4.5x6.25 inch card announcing a May 19, 1960 dance orchestra competition at the Sal Gottwald school. The front has a portrait of Armstrong (first name misspelled), calling him the "king of Jazz." Mild handling wear, short closed edge tear. A previous owner has wishfully penciled in the caption "King of jazz performing in Czechoslovakia" at the bottom of the reverse, but Armstrong's image was actually only being used to promote the event; he did not actually tour the country until 1965.
