A personal letter to a San Francisco bookseller concerning Kelly's partner who underwent a liver transplant and plans to visit SF in the near future. Apparently accompanied a collection of chapbooks (no longer extant) and includes a list of five chapbooks with descriptions. The printed pieces under the umbrella title "Deconstructing Denise" include: "Lafayette Park" "Gay Literary Criticism" "Imelda's Closet" "Cheap Novelette" "Notes on Gay Haiku" & "Uranian Notebook" These range from 2 - 13 pages each and were all available only online at the time.
