San Francisco: n.pub. ca. 2000. Seven 2.25 inch diameter pins, plus more than 20 crudely home-made stickers, produced by opponents of chain store encroachment in San Francisco's historically gay Castro District. Companies opposed include Pottery Barn (for which approval was given by the city council in March 2000), Starbucks and the Gap.

Slogans include "Friends don't let friends shop at chain stores," "Save the Castro" and "Who makes the money?"
