Novel about Pachucos in San Quentin, with gay and drug themes. Scott and Leite were in a "beard marriage" (she was a lesbian, he was a closeted gay) and ran a bookshop in Berkeley called daliel’s. She is also known for her horror novel "I, Vampire"
