The Gay Alert Patrol was formed in Hollywood in 1977 to inform gays hanging out or hooking-up in Griffith Park of the dangers of police stings and of their individual rights. This notes that more than 100 arrests were made of gay men in the Park in the last few weeks and that there would be a Gay-In action and party on Sunday March 13th.
