The duotone photographs were printed by Phelps-Schaefer Litho-Graphics Company Inc. in Brisbane, California. The book was bound by Peggy Gotthold at the Foolscap Bindery in Santa Cruz and the slip cases were constructed by Arnold Martinez at Arnold's Bookbindery in South San Francisco" - colophon.
