Hardcover. -300p., calendared paperstock, hardbound issue of the softbound review (an upright 8.8x 4.2 inches with plain printed grey wraps bound in, plus preliminaries for next issue finishing off the volume, 9x4.5 inch red cloth boards with an old paper spine label titled in neat sepia nib. Cloth casing is somewhat edgeworn and mottled, has a rather dirty spine panel and top edge that is impacted with dust, the journal is fine. J. T. Grein googles as a Dutch-born promoter of the London stage. No less an historian than Charles W. Dilke contributes (seemingly out of regard for Grein) a reluctant three-page analysis of the Triple Alliance (Dilke feels it is premature).
