London: Eyre and Spottiswoode, 1930. Hardcover. v, 224p., hardbound first edition in clothbacked marbled boards and dust jacket; deckled edges, gilt spine titling, a handsome production. Casing and text are sound, clean, and free of any marks; the unclipped buff dj, on heavy decorated paperstock, is somewhat acidic and very toned, with some abrasion and edgewear. A very good copy. Expect general reflections by an author whose three previous books were novels.
