[Eleven handbills from the CIO's organizing drive at Curtiss Aircraft in early 1941]

Buffalo, NY: UAW-CIO - Aviation Division, Curtiss local 753, 1941. Nine different 8.5x11 inch handbills, generally mild handling wear, a few more edgeworn or toned, from the CIO's drive to recruit members out of the company-dominated union at Curtiss, plus two handbills from the company union responding to accusations and noting improvements in pay and other benefits under its leadership. Each handbill has a date in pen or pencil at the bottom.

CIO leaflets call for a ten cent raise and argue that Leo Kreigbaum and other union leaders have betrayed the workers.
