San Francisco: SOCAL, 1920s. Magazine. 16p. each (but May '26 is 32p.), coated paperstock, b&w site photography throughout the double-column text, staplebound 10x7 inch color wraps. Staples are badly rusted with some migration, two punchholes each for a binder, May '26 cover is detached but undamaged; else very good bright copies. SO threw a fair amount of money at the artful covers, and the backcover ads are equally smart.
