Find general fading and toning, a few mysterious numerals and a sentence underlined in red pencil (re monies for the larger project that was current, the Second Crossing), all in all a very good copy.

..irrespective of the "Second Crossing" issue, the Council urges multiplication of on-ramps on both sides of the bridge.
