Two issues of the journal, each 8x5 inches in wraps: an April 1940 issue devoted entirely to Quigley's "Free China," and an October 1944 issue that includes Quigley's "China Today," Chang Kia-ngau's "Chinese-American collaboration and economic development in China" and two unrelated articles. Both bear the name "George R. Pepper" in pen at the top of the front cover.
Chang Kia-ngau is known in Pinyin romanization as Zhang Jia'ao.
