Kuo (1933- ) was a well-known columnist and cartoonist for the China Post, publishing a number of books with drawings and water colors on daily life in Taiwan between 1960-1975. He used vernacular English in his captions due to his collaboration with a missionary priest who also wrote for China Post. He moved to Arizona and is also considered a delicate interpreter of Native American life there.
