Combines US and Russian comix artists, including an interview with Victor Moscoso, in a joint publication. Issue inspired by the first Cartoon Exchange between the US and USSR at the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery in January 1988. Most of the Soviet cartoonists were members of a humor group associated with the Komsomolskaya Pravda. US contributors include Wonder Woman artist Trina Robbins and cartoonist B. Kliban.
