First issue of the mimeographed bulletin, printed both sides of an 8.5x14 inch yellow sheet, top edge torn and crinkled, one corner missing (no text loss); some soiling. Crudely reproduced drawing of the ruins of Hiroshima (note that publication date was Hiroshima Day). None found in OCLC as of 12/2021; unknown whether later issues were published. The title and subtitle are taken from a 1946 pamphlet by Aaron Levenstein published by the New York Socialist Party.
Includes calendar of local events, including "An evening in Old Mexico on the SP Line," a fundraiser with mariachis, for which the "kosher dress" code is listed as peasant skirt and blouse for women, white trousers and shirt with sombrero for men.
