Four dogs mountain songs

Goleta, CA: Doggeral Press, 1973. 9.5x13 inch gray pictorial folio - one of 224 copies - containing 10 four-page folded sheets with work by a number of poets, folio worn at folds and several of the poetry sheets stained at top and fold, in worn and faded gray printed envelope bound with string.

The group includes the first published poem of Jessica Hagedorn (Canto de Nada) as well as work by Ling Chung translated by Kenneth Rexroth, collaborations by Alice Karl and Thor, John Wilson and Laura Ulewicz, Carol Tinker, Sam Hamill and Marianne Wolfe, Robyn Bell and Barbara Szerlip, Doren Robbins and Eward Loomis, Jim Dodge and Sam Hamill, and a separate piece by Laura Ulewicz. A card for the Doggeral Press is laid in, and the folio is entered into a 10x15 inch string-tied printed envelope that is stained, faded and bent along the top and bottom edges.
