New York: M. Witmark & Sons, n.d. 8p., slightly edgeworn wraps splitting along spine. *BAL 4958.
BAL states that the first edition was printed in 1908, then states: "The earliest printing located in imprinted on p. <2> with an advertisement for 'Let Us Have Peace,' a song copyrighted in 1911. Yet later printings contain advertisements for songs copyrighted in 1912, 1914, 1916. It is extremely doubtful that the earliest printing contains advertisements for songs copyrighted later than 1908." This copy has the lyrics for "Can't Yo' Heah Me Callin'", copyright 1914, on p. 2.
