New York: The Poetry Center of the YM - YWHA, 1964. Single textured cardstock leaf folded once to make a 4p. 8.5x5.5 inch program and keepsake. Photo of sculpture decorates the cover, slightly edgeworn, a very good copy. Program lists participants in the upcoming stage-managed ceremony (lighting and scene designers are credited by name, provenance of chairs and lecterns given) including actor Richard Burton ("Star of 'Hamlet'"), John Malcolm Brinnin, Nancy Wickwire (she read in an early production of Under Milk Wood), and sculptor David Slivka. The bust is taken from Thomas' death-mask, the eyes are closed. Presenter Paul Jenkins put up the money.
