Rules for the San Francisco Chinatown-based Club, which emerged from the longstanding tradition of the Chinese American Democratic Youth League and the Chinese American Youth Club to organize plays and other performances on topical political themes. The Constitution provides the group's official English name, lists its headquarters, officers and their duties, and the role of its members.
