Other participants include William Cullen Bryant, Lucretia Mott, Henry Ward Beecher, Isabella Beecher Hooker, and Jennie C. Croly.

Howe did travel to Europe to follow up on the New York meeting in 1872; an International Woman's Peace Conference did not take place until the late 1870s in London.
