Head is lightly bumped, endpapers brittle, front hinge starting, a not-quite "good" copy that on its front free endpaper bears a personal inscription -signed- by the subject's daughter to her uncle.
Fisk was head of the Freedmen Bureau and founded Fisk University in TN.
