Chicago: Students for a Democratic Society, 1969. 8p. tabloid newspaper, folded, paper browned, some corners folded, else very good.
This issue provides a snapshot of tensions building up in SDS as it entered its climactic year. Most notably it reproduces the Revolutionary Youth Movement proposal (RYM) which defined one side of the upcoming split, as well as the Racism resolution submitted by followers of PL and its Worker Student Alliance, who would make up the other side of the split. Both passed at the National Council meeting. Also included is the Women's Liberation resolution also passed at the NC. Also in the issue is material on Mexican students' hunger strike and other struggles.
