Wire-tapping, its relation to civil liberties. To which are appended the leading opinions on this subject

Stamford, CT: The Overbrook Press, 1938. 226p., rubricated title page, 10x7 inch cloth boards titled and panelled gilt, t.e.g., semi-fine-press production with untrimmed edges, very good condition, one of six hundred copies.

Laid in is a brief tls on Frank Altschul's letterhead from the investment banker's secretary "happy to send you a copy of WIRETAPPING." Looks like the magnate was distributor and possibly bankroller which would explain the oddly handsome production.
