Find a light small stain on front cover otherwise clean and unmarked; more seriously this paperback was "perfectbound" and has cracked. A presentable as-is. Tyrrel was a precocious writer-child kept incommunicado by her mother; the father managed to get the kid's poems to someone who had access to Sterling, who wrote a number of letters to her starting in 1926.
