Starting May 1990, month-by-month analysis of how Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and other local news agencies filtered information to foment hatred and strife. In some cases precisely the same TV footage was used by opposing sides, by relabeling the ethnicity of corpses and other macabre tactics. Lalic takes an "all sides are at fault" perspective.
