African American author; in this fictional scenario, "a Chicago based medical organization is conspiring to commit genocide against the Black race.. the head of the hospital is involved in a nationwide federal funded secret sterilization of blacks." The white medico-ring-leader co-ordinates sweeping malpractice to supplement the sterilizations, and "institutes a plan to control the minds of the few blacks left after his initial onslaught through psychosurgery.. implanting miniature electrodes in the brain to control behavior." The plot is foiled in the courtroom when conspiring doctors begin to defect.
