Tammy's Christmas party

Tracy: Lorenzo Press, 1981. 43p., 5.5x8.5 inches, music for song, illustrated with unsophisticated drawings, very good in original stapled wraps. Self-published Christmas tale in rhymed verse and song by a teacher in Tracy who became a switchman. His son became known as actor/singer Rod Lauren. Lauren went to the Philippines to do a movie and met rising Filipina actress Nida Bianca who was later murdered. The confessed killer implicated Lauren who was never formally charged. He returned to Tracy where he eventually committed suicide. Tammy, the star of this story passed in 2004. The story is dedicated to T. S. R. and H. (Tammy, Sharolyn, and Rod).
