Find laid in a TLs (Typed Letter, signed) to Boston activist Eugene Rivers laid in; it's a genuine signature, we went over it with a 6X glass.
Letter emphasizes the prison industrial complex, going from a hundred thousand Black males in prison in 1980 but at this writing, 1.3 million.
