New York: Harper & Brothers, 1925. 193p., no edition statement on the verso of the title page but an early printing of the US edition (K-Z = 10/25), front pastedown and f.e.p. browned, gray boards with orange, white and black paper title labels on spine and front cover, slightly shelfworn price-clipped dj with its swirling graphic.
According to the 1937 statement by Harper in Zempel & Verkler there was a period between 1912 and 1920 "or thereabouts" when the publisher did not state First Edition yet used the letter keys. This edition states copyright 1924 (which is not the publication date, that was UK 1925) and on the title papge states 1925. The K-Z indicates October 1925 and the US premiere was in September of that year. So. Either a first edition or very very early. At any rate scarce in dj.
