Printed for the University by Press Tuttle, Morehouse & Taylor, New Haven. 1876, [103], 32p.[ads], sewn textblock tipped into lavender wraps. Cover wrap has a crease, lower wrap is nearly split away and quite edgeworn, last several leaves also rough, spine panel has a two-inch chip. Damp-ripple affects the top margin of entire textblock, early leaves least. Twelfth Pot-Pourri; appears to be an official publication although handled by students. Student and faculty data, beaucoup advertisements; emphasis is on "accuracy". Cartoon embellishments by "Hopson Sherman." Of note is a very fine wood-engraved emblem for Skull and Bones measuring 1.8 x 2.2 inches, beneath which the names of the fifteen newly tapped members, who are William M. Barnum, Walter I. Bigelow, Walter Brooks, Charles F. Chapin, William W. Collin, Elbridge C. Cooke, Samuel L. Eaton, Anthony Gould, Albert Hoysradt, Arthur R. Kimball, Frederick B. Percy, Joshua M. Sears, John S. Thacher, George M. Tuttle, Frederick S. Winston. Thacher is probably father or uncle of Samuel Day Thacher of the eponymous prep school in Ojai that turned out cowboys able to parse ancient Greek
