One of the texts delivered at Seventh world congress of the communist international. The seventh congress "was held in Moscow from July 25 to August 20, 1935," discussing the signs and wonders portending war : the fact that "the Indonesian market was captured by the Japanese in record time..The increase of Japanese exports to Central and South America is particularly striking.." Then there's the Polish-German treaty that only makes sense as an agreement to invade the USSR.. Togliatti's address is complected of numerous economic and other details including his assessments of various other communist parties
