Jacket is slightly rubbed and edgeworn. Novel of Panafricanist American exiles in Egypt, where Du Bois (stepson of W. E. B.) lived and taught from 1960 to 1972. Malcolm X makes an appearance, evidently drawn from life during "his last visit to Egypt." At time this was published Du Bois was an editor of the Black Panther Intercommunal News Service
