Keen and Lee, Chicago. 1855, xv, 264p., eight wood engraved plates; severe edgewear, several signatures starting (although hinges are ok), intermittant foxing. Howes (entry P83) calls for a map, lacking here with no signs of mischief, and two plates only, whereas this copy boasts an extra six with no duplication
