Ford was an American poet, novelist and artist who edited the Surrealist magazine "The View" He was co-author with Parker Tyler of the gay novel "The Young and Evil" and was an inspiration and mentor to Andy Warhol. He also inspired Warholl and was involved in the surrealist piece "Silver Flower Coo."
