Rivington by Bye and Law, London. 1800, [ii] 42p., tables, inscribed to "Earl of [indecipherable] with Wakefield compliments" disbound but intact, although title leaf is nearly detached (and is slightly misfolded) Wakefield was an Equity Draughtsman in the early years of the nineteenth century in England. He wrote anonymous pamphlets on economic subjects but also under his own name; A Letter to Thomas Paine, in reply to his "Decline and Fall of the English System of Finance," London, 1796 among other titles
