The Trystero Company, San Francisco. 1968, 16p., folded tabloid, illus., tanned, somewhat mis-folded and edgeworn, a good copy. Banner headline reads, "Don't Vote for Shit". The Express Times was S.F.'s main political underground paper. First substantial story questions relevance of latest UC Berkeley sit-ins at Sproul and at Moses Hall; another Moses story on p.6. Then, second part of a long interview with William Burroughs, conducted by Jeff Shero. Theatre radicals demand Bill Graham create free admission days. Polytechnic High School students --African Americans-- confront SF Board of Education (4 photos). A hostile evaluation of the Who's relationship with Decca Records is followed by a hostile evaluation of Joan Baez per se.
