Self-published by the author, San Francisco. 1947, Noted as 365 1/4 pages, we suspect the author worked hard to get the page count to parallel the number of days in a year. Many maps and illustrations, helpful to demonstrate his points and making the author's quest for 365 1/4 pages perhaps a bit easier. Some inward bend to corners. Previous owner's gift notation to top corner of front pastedown endpaper. No dj. Quirky but coherent theory, rendered without the CAPS and multiple fonts of our day and age, proposing among other things that Mecca (and the Kaaba stone in particular) was the site of the original temple.
