the paper, Long Beach. no date, 1969, 28p., newsprint tabloid, 17x11 inches, cover leaf embellished with spot-colors, folded per tabloid convention. A very worn copy with abrasion and small splits along spine-fold, wrinkled, dog-eared, mis-folded and of course toned. This issue predominently drug-fact oriented, both cover leaves devoted to barbiturates, amphetamines, hallucinogens and narcotics, with easy-to-read headings and sub-catagories.
