Art Direction Book Co., New York. 1982, xiv, 96p., illustrations, personal inscription to poet/activist George Oppen signed by Haberman, light foxing on covers and slightly heavier foxing on jacket otherwise a very good first edition in cloth and unclipped dj. George Oppen, the inscribee, was a poet who was influential in getting Ezra Pound and William Carlos Williams published. He was also a member of the Communist Party, USA, was wounded at the Battle of the Bulge, fled the US to Mexico in the 1950s to avoid being called before HUAC and upon his return to California won the Pulitzer Prize in 1969. He died in 1984
